To really give you a running start you have the option of on-site
training for your staff. Our support team can come to your site and
conduct Admin User training to ensure all your staff understand the
system and the change to your contractor or learning management process.
We can custom design training presentations to suit your needs or you use the standard generic training package.
On site training is charged per day for an 8 hour day.
If you want custom training presentations, we will develop this prior to training.
If you require a staff member to travel to your site, all travel and accomodation will be on charged at cost.
If you require a staff member to travel to your site which is away from home there is a daily meals and travel rate.
$120 per day (+GST)
You can easily do it yourself if you like by following the videos in the knowledge base.
If you choose to do the setup yourself WITHOUT receiving formal system training you will be directed to the knowledge base and videos for support.
Please do not expect our staff to constantly give training over the phone for free.
